Bacher Hospitality Consulting was founded by me, Bianca Bacher, with a clear mission: to make hotels, restaurants, and boutique businesses not only more successful but also future-proof and truly unique.
With a degree from the renowned EHL Hospitality Business School and hands-on experience in Zurich’s five-star hospitality sector, I combine in-depth expertise with a clear understanding of the industry's operational and strategic challenges. During my studies, I successfully demonstrated my analytical and conceptual skills in practice – including leading a consulting project for an international company that secured first place among more than 50 competing projects.
My approach? No standard concepts, but tailored consulting that addresses the specific challenges and opportunities of your business.
